The New European Bauhaus (NEB) is a policy and funding initiative that makes the green transition in built environments and beyond enjoyable, attractive, and convenient for all. It promotes solutions that are not only sustainable, but also inclusive and beautiful, while respecting the diversity of places, traditions, and cultures across Europe.

During the event our guest speakers, Torben Klitgaard CEO in BLOXHUB, Cink Borut from European Commission, João Gonçalves from Housing Europa and Isabel Ruiz Lopez from InnoArch/Grape Architects shared practical experiences from working with innovation across Europe and reflected on Norway’s role in that landscape.

Together, they highlighted how Norwegian actors can, 1) connect earlier and more strategically with European partners, 2) use NEB as a bridge between design, technology, and policy, and 3) scale solutions that combine climate impact with social value and aesthetics.
